We liked an individual safe, pay TV and an electronic key card in the room. So close to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot...

We enjoyed our stay here. the management was great and the free Wi-Fi was a nice bonus!

As foreign tourists, we loved the convenient location, being right next to Tenmonkan and a short 15-minute walk from the pier for Yakushima ferries. the affordable price of JPY 4300 per night on weekdays was a great deal. the room had everything we needed and even provided a charging cable for our phones. the overall cleanliness of the room and the new facilities were impressive. the wifi connection was also reliable.

The hotel had some nice touches during our Christmas stay. We were pleasantly surprised to receive Christmas cookies and a small gift. the location was excellent, within walking distance to many restaurants and shops, and close to popular tourist sites. We enjoyed the convenience of the nearby airport bus stop. the room had a great view of the city skyline.

The room was quite small, barely leaving enough space to move around after placing our luggage. the bed was a bit too firm for our liking.
